However, because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the items. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or description errors at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, and payment must be received in full before an order is processed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
